felt way too shit about myself today.
felt ridiculously fat and gross.
eating crap for dinner just made it worse and now I feel even more disgusting.
bleh.
that’s it.
going to be way more serious about my diet tomorrow, and I mean it this time. I’m tired of feeling hideous and hating how I look.
I don’t want pity or reassurance, I’m just venting.
