I can’t believe I put off using it for so long. Pretty much addicted to using it now. Really helps me put things in perspective and make me smile at how much my routine daily walking to the city & such for uni & errands counts as cardio.
It’s nice to see what I eat is actually pretty healthy and (usually) not overly naughty - though I calculated the nutrition info for my slutty brownies and haha omg…let’s not even go there, such sinful delicacies. XDVegan Slutty Brownies - worth every calorie. No, seriously.
Having the exercise goals there also totally helps motivate me. Yay. :3
