I love myfitnesspal.

I can’t believe I put off using it for so long. Pretty much addicted to using it now. Really helps me put things in perspective and make me smile at how much my routine daily walking to the city & such for uni & errands counts as cardio.

It’s nice to see what I eat is actually pretty healthy and (usually) not overly naughty - though I calculated the nutrition info for my slutty brownies and haha omg…let’s not even go there, such sinful delicacies. XDVegan Slutty Brownies - worth every calorie. No, seriously.

Having the exercise goals there also totally helps motivate me. Yay. :3

I finally decided to use myfitnesspal

And based on today, this is what it tells me:

"Based on your total calories consumed for today, you are eating too few calories. Not only is it difficult to receive adequate nutrition at these calorie levels, but you could also be putting your body into starvation mode. Starvation mode lowers your metabolism and makes weight loss more difficult. We suggest increasing your calorie consumption to 1,200 calories per day minimum.”

well that’s weird, I’m totally full. :\
